Fast scanner and easy to setup
This is the best check scanner we've tried. We tested each brand and this one if you have a medium to high volume is just a great investment. It comes with a 1 year replacement warranty and Canon will replace it the next business day if anything goes wrong. That shows you how much confidence they have in it. I can tell you after using this for 6 months we have not had one issue or complaint. Its worth the price.

Canon CR190 review
This machine replaced our Digital Check TS240 and it is like night and day difference. Yes this costs more, but its also 4 times faster, and prints the endorsement so it is very readable (so much better than our previous machine). This is a great purchase and we will order these for our other city offices when the time comes. The operators love this machine.

Wondering if this is the right scanner?
Seeing all the check scanners and prices all over the place how do you make a good purchase? Well I called them and talked to John and he knows his stuff. He explained the differences between the models and the advantages that based upon our volume that this machine provides. He was right, we no longer need a check jogger and haven't had one feed issue. He was right you can buy less robust model but you will be buying a replacement in 2 years (thats what we had to do with a lesser model). If this doesn't last us 10 years I'd be shocked. And as nice bonus this machine includes a next day replacement warranty right out of the box when purchased from Data Financial. I also like it that they are an authorized seller unlike others who were priced higher--I found this out when I called Canon and asked if they heard of Data Financial and they did--said they were a premier partner. Perfect purchase and perfect dealing with this company.

Best Scanner for high volume
We've used Panini and Digital Check but this one is so much better. yes twice the cost but when you process alot of checks you won't regret this price

Canon wins
We put through the Canon CR190 (new version) up against 2 other brands and after 2 weeks we were sold on the Canon. Not that the other machines didn't work well but the Canon with the built in jogger just seemed better suited to our checks which aren't always in the best condition. Its also super fast at 190 doc per minute. We zip through the work in minutes without any issues. I don't think anyone will regret this purchase, granted its pricey but you sometimes do get what you pay for and I have no regrets.

Canon 190
First we already have a Canon CR190 but this one is a newer version. The inkjet is all I can tell that is different, it does print better but that could be cause our other 190 is about 8 years old. this machine seems to be a bit faster but maybe that just because its new. In any case it is a different replacement for the older canon 180 and 190's which was nice. worked perfectly with our existing software. Nice machine

Great Canon
After reading the reviews we decided to go with the canon CR190 (new version) and are completely satisfied. Its pricey but what a difference over the other brand we had, over twice as fast and runs smoothly and thus far in 4 weeks of running not one jam. Perfect.

Robust machine
Bigger and definitely made to last. We zipped through our checks without one feed issue. The machine is heavy, the built in jogger works. the inkjet print is clear and the machine isn't as loud as i thought. We are happy.
