Time & Materials – On Site

Data Financial, Inc. offers on-site equipment repair and preventive maintenance (subject to geographic restrictions).

  • Rapid response service dispatch
  • Equipment serviced on a time and materials basis 
  • Service call charge includes first hour on-site service 
  • Additional work will be billed in quarter-hour increments; Parts are billable

Depot Service

Equipment shipped to our facility will be expertly repaired.

  • Phone support is available to determine if shipment is required
  • Data Financial, Inc. is able to provide shipping materials and pickup service if needed (billable)
  • Equipment is shipped to our depot repair facility and inspected at no charge
  •  Repair costs are estimated and customer receives notification of expected charges
  • Customer may elect to have repairs completed
  • Equipment is returned to customer

Service Agreement / Limited

Keep your equipment in top condition. Yearly maintenance/service visits often alleviate problems in advance.

  • Rapid response service dispatch 
  • All equipment under contract is serviced free of labor charges
    Parts are billable. 
  • Annual Preventative Service Inspection
    This fine tunes equipment to ensure maximum performance. 
  • Technical phone support 
  • Loaner equipment
    Offered at a discounted rate when under this contract.
