After-Hours / Emergency Service
We will work to meet your after hour requests, though it is expected that customers have sufficient equipment to meet increased demands during special situations.
After-hours Billable Service may be requested during the following hours:
Monday - Friday
5:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and/or certain holidays
7:30am - 10:00pm

Please leave a detailed message and an after-hours technician will return your call between 7:30am - 10:00pm (CST) to schedule your service request. Calls after 10:00pm will be returned the following day.
Note: Service is NOT available between the hours of 10:00pm - 7:30am daily without prior arrangements with the Data Financial, Inc. General Operations of Service Manager.
