The Auto-Scan™ Optional Plug-in adds Automatic Scanning to the ScanPro 2000
The ScanPro 2000 now has the capability to
automatically scan roll film [16mm, 35mm and
cartridge (3M) roll film]. The optional Auto-Scan™
plug-in software for the ScanPro 2000 adds a button
right on the standard toolbar that turns any ScanPro
2000 with a motorized roll film carrier into an
automatic, unattended scanner for roll film. With
the addition of Auto-Scan™, you have both the
standard ScanPro 2000 that can be used as a reader,
a reader printer, a full feature research scanner,
or anywhere in between and at anytime switch to the
automatic scanning of roll film.
The Scanpro
2000 features a 7-54X Zoom Lens (optional 7-105x lens
also available) so you don't have to stop to change
lenses. Standard features such as auto focus, auto
exposure and optical image rotation mean you can
complete your look-ups and research quickly and
efficiently. Using the included software, you can
annotate, network, e-mail, save to other media and print
all of your scans, right from your PC!

The Microfilm ScanPro 2000 will make
a high resolution scan of an entire newspaper image
on 35mm microfilm in less than a second. And, with
the easy-to-use 7x to 54x zoom lens, you can choose
to view, scan, or print a part of the image or the
entire document. And, with the user friendly
software included with your scanner, you can view,
edit, e-mail, network, store to other media, and
print to large format paper to provide easy-to-view
working copies, right from your PC.

Easy-to-use and provides powerful features for

microfilm and micro opaques
Microfilm carriers are available for handling fiche,
ultra fiche, micro books, aperture cards, jackets,
16 and 35mm roll film, cartridge film, and micro
opaques. These carriers are built for public uses
application and provide robust operation and feature
ball bearing guides to provide exceptional film
positioning control. You can select manual or
motorized film carriers for roll film applications.
Or, you can select combination film carriers for
applications that have multiple film formats. You
can also select carriers that will work with the
ScanPro 2000 micro opaque option.

The ScanPro 2000 makes it
easy-to-view all the information stored on microfilm
and micro opaques. The featured optical 7X to 54X
zoom lens means you don’t have to stop your look-ups
to change lenses. The many other standard features
like automatic focus, exposure control, and optical
image rotation means that you can complete your
look-ups and research quickly and efficiently.
Easy to View, Scan, and Print

monitor, with live, real-time viewing. When you
locate the information that you want, you can
complete a high resolution scan in only one second
with just “a single click”. You can send these scans
directly to a printer connected to the computer, to
a networked computer, or save on your computer.
The ScanPro 2000 utilizes large, easy-to-use
graphical buttons for simple operation of the
scanner. And, the ScanPro software allows you to
select which button features are available for your
application keeping the user controls simple and
uncluttered.
